Christa Elizabeth Frosch
Christa launched The Vineyard Collection in Canada in 2008. She has been representing sellers and buyers in the industry through the global Sotheby’s network and has had extraordinary success in sales. Christa’s family vineyard, Frosch Weingut is in the Weingut Region of Germany. Founded by her great-great grandfather and has been in her family since the 1800s.
Christa additionally has a liquor agency which she started in 2004 where she imports products from France. Her knowledge of the wine and beverage industry is vastly extensive from seed to sale. With Sotheby’s, she has had the opportunity to do global business in the wine division and she has had many successful sales, privately and publicly.
Christa has rich real estate sales experience in both British Columbia, Canada, and Germany. Her expertise as a Broker of Financial Products for 6 years, specializing in Estate Planning, Capital Gains Tax, and Budgeting has strongly supported such relationships. Christa’s knowledge of the Vancouver and Okanagan real estate markets far surpasses the expectations of clients and peers. Christa previously lived in Frankfurt, Germany, where she worked with a prestigious commercial/development company. During these years, she assisted senior management with the marketing of a new commercial / residential development. This project provided an excellent background to the marketing and positioning of properties to the European market, and introductions to many European Developer Clients, and their associates.
Adrian Small
An international executive representing US interior design manufacturers throughout the Americas and a celebrated design professional here in the Capital Region, Adrian Small has now been channeling her unique abilities as a Global Real Estate Advisor to identify and serve the varied and specific needs of clients seeking to navigate the world of luxury residential real estate in the Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia Markets and around the world. Especially sensitive to the preferences and desires of international clientele, Adrian is quick to understand and translate those wishes into viable properties through the resources of The Lux Dwelling Group and TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Raised in Mexico, Europe, and the United States, Adrian is fluent in Spanish, French, and of course, English. A focus throughout her career has been developing a wide-reaching network of civic, professional, and diplomatic relationships that serve her clients well in her pursuit of the perfect solution to every assignment. Adrian is a resident of the prized Spring Valley neighborhood of Washington, DC. Her understanding of clients’ needs is augmented by her residential design skills and experience. Having managed major design and renovation projects both in Mexico and the US gives her a deep insight into the technical opportunities and aesthetic solutions presented by various residential structures and how to convert a house into a home that fully meets the needs of its new owners.
Andres Ostropolsky
Andrés Ostropolsky is an investment project specialist and Real Estate expert with 20 years of experience, with extensive expertise in private equity in agribusiness, wineries, and vineyards. He has been a Sotheby’s International Realty associate in Mendoza, Argentina from 2010 to present. Andres’s extensive knowledge of the winery and vineyard markets has led him to lead successful major investment projects all across the world involving multilingual and multicultural clients. He also founded a family vineyard and sits on the Board of Directors Finca La Malka located in the prestigious Las Compuertas in Mendoza, Argentina.
Andrés also holds the high honor of serving as Honorary Consul of the State of Israel in the Cuyo Region (Provinces of Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis) Argentina. He also developed art-related projects like trust funds Art+Trust. Andres sits on the Board of Directors of Companies, a real estate investing, agribusiness, and wine industry business with operations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. In the educational field, he sits on the Board of Fundacion AUGE, a non-profit educational organization that collaborates both with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and national universities in Argentina. He holds a Degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration (IAE Business School).
Michael David Frosch
Michael Frosch has over 25 years of experience successfully leading and managing educational charities in the UK and North America.
Michael now brings his passion for assisting organizations in the form of realizing clients' needs in the buying and selling of real estate in the Greater Vancouver area. Michael’s expertise is in the purchase and sale of residential properties in Kitsilano, West Point Grey, and Shaughnessy markets.
He has an excellent track record of working collaboratively, building strong, trusting, and effective relationships with those he works with. He is personable, conscientious, and professional. He provides his clients with exceptional and confidential service for all aspects of selling or buying a property.
Michael completed an MBA at the University of Bath in the UK in 2013. He also holds an undergraduate BSc degree in Biology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
